History • Established in 1983 • First known as the Training Centre Library. • In 1990, renamed to be known as “The Central Library” • In 1993, the joint venture companies’ staff also became eligible for the membership in the Central Library. • First In-house computerized LMS implemented by IT in 1994 • VTLS-Virtua – the LMS – was implemented in 2004 • Electronic Collections started in 2007
