  1. Office 365 Backup and Restore

  2. Introduction BACKUP: Backup Office 365 Mailboxes to Outlook PST i.e. on your local machine & EML File Type. ● Create Complete Backup of Office 365 Emails, Contacts, and Calendar. ● Option of applying naming convention to save the name of email. ● Email Filter, Date Filter & Users Filter for Selective Office 365 Mailbox backup. ● To Export Multiple User Mailboxes at a time you can opt for Impersonation Facility for Admin Account. ●

  3. Working Steps: 1. Run Office 365 Backup 2. Click on Login button for login into Office 365 Account 3. Enter Office 365 User name & Password and click on Sign In. .

  4. Steps(continue..) 4.Select Office 365 Backup to take backup of mailbox items on your machine 5. Select Mailbox items which you want to backup from Office 365 account

  5. Steps(continue..) 6. Select a location on your machine where you want to backup mailbox data items and click on OK button. Then click on export button. 7. Select which ever file format you want to select and apply date filter if you want. In this example PST file format is selected to backup and applied Date filter. Now click on Start button to backup.

  6. Steps(continue..) 8. Now, you will look a new window in which the Office 365 User ID, Folder Path with Status of backup 9. After successful backup the message will be displayed as shown in figure. Just click on OK button. Now you can go to the selected backup location to view backup (.pst) file.

  7. RESTORE: Import Outlook PST data to Office 365 User Account. ● Completely migrate PST data including Emails, Contacts, Calendars, Journals etc. that are imported to Office 365 User Account. ● After migration keep Technical Attributes of Emails like Attachments & Meta intact . ● Graphical User Interface Based Office 365 Restoration Software Program. ● There is no File Size Limitation on Microsoft Outlook PST Files to import in Office 365 ●

  8. Working Steps: 1. Run Office 365 Backup. 2. Click on Login button for login into Office 365 Account 3. Enter Office 365 User Name and Password and click on Sign In.

  9. Steps(continue..) 4. Choose the Office 365 Restore radio button, click Next. 5. Click on Browse button to browse the PST file, select PST file and click on Open .

  10. Steps(continue..) 6. Click on Restore 7. There are options to select category , to create folder hierarchy of folders(mails only) and to apply date filters. Then Click on start.

  11. Steps(continue..) 8. The status of restoring process will be displayed on the window. 9. After completion a message will be displayed i.e.”The Restoration process is completed”.Now you can login to your Office 365 Outlook account to check the migrated file.

  12. System Requirements Support: Windows 10 and all below Windows versions. ● Processor: 1 GHz processor (2.4 GHz is recommended). ● RAM: 512 MB of RAM (1 GB is recommended). ● Internet connection is required to import PST to Office 365 ● PST file of MS Outlook 2016/2013/2010/2007 are supported.
