3. Mjera 301 PODNOSITELJ PRIJAVA • Prijavni obrazac+popratni dokumenti • Dosje s natječajnom dokumentacijom AGENCIJA * Administrativna kontrola obavlja se paralelno u Odjelu za odobrenje projekata i Odjelu javne nabave

4. Service contracts-IPARD Mjera 301 • Vodič za postupak javne nabave, poglavlje 5. • Upute Agencije za plaćanja-Terms of Reference • Service ugovori se primjenjuju za nabavu usluge “supervision of works”

5. Tender Call Dossier -Dosje s natječajnom dokumentacijom (1) • List of documents (Lista dokumenata) • Priprema je i objavljuje Agencija na svojoj web-stranici, Korisnik naznačuje naziv općine/grada i proceduru javne nabave sukladno procijenjenoj vrijednosti • Tender Dossier (Dosje natječaja) • Glossary of terms • Declaration of Objectivity and Confidentiality (potpisuje osoba koja je pripremala dokumentaciju) • Individual Contract Forecast, Procurement notice • Summary procurement notice • kod međunarodne ograničene procedure • Svi dokumenti se dostavljaju zajedno s prijavom

Tender Call Dossier -Dosje s natječajnom dokumentacijom (2) • Tender Dossier dajesve odredbe koji ponuditelji trebaju za sastavljanje svojih ponudai sastoji se od: • Instruction to tenderers (Upute ponuditeljima)- definirapredmet nadmetanja, raspored svih aktivnosti, tko može sudjelovati, porijeklo, sadržaj ponuda, dodatne informacije, pouka o pravnom lijeku) • Draft Contract and Special Conditions i aneksi (Nacrt ugovora i posebni uvjeti s aneksima)-obveze konzultanta i općine, rješavanje sporova, plaćanje, rokovi, raskid ugovora ) • Terms of Reference-Opis posla- definiraju karakteristike traženih usluga Sastavni su dio Dosjea natječaja i postaju aneks ugovora između korisnika i konzultanta • Omogućuju jasan uvid u svrhu ugovora i popis zadataka i usluga koje mora pružiti • Moraju omogućiti jednak i nediskriminirajuć pristup nadmetanju
