  5. Blackboard Setup • Blackboard 5.5 Build 150, Level 3 • Two Sun E450s, 4 CPU, 4 Gig RAM each • One for Oracle, One for Apache/Code • 100 Gig storage CSG, Princeton University

  6. Blackboard Support • 2 Support FTE • 1 Programmer FTE • Distributed support through help desk, other support groups • Seasonal Office-Visit support by 10-15 Graduate Students, 50 visits/semester • Blackboard consulting support for installation/customization CSG, Princeton University
