The KICS Plan For MAL Ballot Creation To have global representation among elected members-at-large, the following appears to be a logical grouping (they all pretty well extend north-south and east and west) The Americas (Region 1-6, 7 and 9) = 21, 222 EMEA (IEEE Region 8) = 11, 174 Asia and Pacific = 9, 863 Note: India has 2563 members and growing

The KICS Plan For MAL Ballot Creation THE MOTION That starting with the current election cycle, the Member-at-Large (Slate) be composed of 6 candidates from the Americas, 3 candidates from EMEA and 3 candidates from AP. Voting members may vote for up to four candidates. The top two vote getters from the Americas, the top vote getter from EMEA and the top vote getter from AP are the four elected MAL members.
