  3. How is the Platform organized? • General partnership • Formalized way of deciding & acting • Advantages: CI, Signalling, binding character, neutrality; it’s easier to attach importance to evaluation • Disadvantages:Budget Constraints

  4. Platform Objectives • The Platform‘s mission is to: • Improve evaluation practices and methods • Increase evaluation use • Increase evaluation quality • Diffuse evaluation knowledge • in the field of R&D policies • We are NO evaluators!
