Inline Schedule Item Editing Changing Schedule Items The response redesign in SERFF 5.6 introduces the concept of inline schedule item editing. Rather than starting with the Response Letter, the user will start by making their schedule item changes directly on the schedules. • Revisions and additions can be made to the Form, Rate/Rule, and Supporting Documentation schedules. • Please note that on the Rate/Rule schedule, only schedule item data may be added or revised. The rate data is not currently revisable and may not be added if omitted on the original submission.
To begin the process of adding and revising schedule items, click the "Change Schedule Items" button near the top of the filing. Changing Schedule Items The filing will be put into "Revise" mode. The three schedule item tabs and the Correspondence tab will be displayed. The schedule item tabs are the only areas that may be changed during this process. From here, the user may make additions or revisions. Note: It is recommended that all schedule items changes be made before creating the Response Letter.
If you are making a change to something you have already submitted, you will want to revise that item. Click the "Revise" button next to the item you wish to change. Changing Schedule Items SERFF will create a copy of that item to which you can make your changes. If an attachment is changing, be sure to remove the old version by click the remove link next to the attachment name. You may then add the new version of the attachment. If a schedule item has multiple attachments, only remove and replace the ones that are changing. Click here to revise this schedule item.
