NOMINATIONS PROCESS • Early May • Mid May-Mid June • Mid- Late June • Early-Mid July • Early-Mid Sep • Complete SLT Restructuring Process (stakeholder perspectives) • Finalize Nominations Process & Form A Committee to Recommend SLT Members (i.e., LAC MH Commission & EMT) • Develop and present recommendations to Dr. Southard • Announce NEW SLT members • First SLT meeting
