The NOC acts as a router for everyone who doesn’t have a VOIP router

4 • What do YOU need to start saving with VOIP • Router (Multipath Switch) • Broadband connection to the Internet (ADSL / Diginet) • ISP (Internet Service Provider) • Please note VOIPwill not replace your existing • Telkom lines (PSTN). • It is simply a more • affordable way • of phoning!
5 • The system still depends on two factors to work: • Broadband Connection • ISP • This is why MESystemsrecommend that your PSTN stays in • place (companies telephone numbers will not • change). Should it happen that the VOIP • system (ADSL/ISP) fails, it will automatically • fail over to the existing system, thus ensuring • that you will never be worse of than before • installing your VOIP. • VOIPwill integrate seamlessly with your • current PABX System. Even if you do not have a • PABX you can still enjoy the benefits ofVOIP. • MESystemswill sculpt a unique solution for each • and every customer according to their • specific needs.
