Graduation AddendumYou need to file an Addendum: • Drop/Add course(s) after you file your graduation papers • Add a minor/major after you file your graduation papers • Change the term, institution, credit hours, of a course after you file your graduation papers • Your degree will not post until Addendum is filed
What to do after May, 2012 • Be sure to check your NAU email each week after May 13, 2012. • NAU email is how the Registrars Office will alert you to any concerns/problems/questions they have about your graduation application. • You can check to see if your degree has been awarded by logging on to LOUIE. At the bottom of your unofficial transcripts you will see your degree listed. For example: Awarded May 13, 2012, Bachelors of Arts in English • When you see your degree listed at the bottom of your transcripts you have officially graduated.
