  2. Collection Protocols • All samples from juveniles. Collected in 2000. • Most were collected fly-fishing in July and August. • Length range was 90 – 200mm. Fish > age 1. • Collected at several locations over a 2 – 4 km section. • Screw traps used in the Pahsimeroi, Lehmi, Red, and SF Salmon River at Knox Bridge. • Hatchery stocks collected at rearing facilities in September. All hatchery fish were age 0. • Several streams were not sampled because of hatchery adult outplants in 1999. • Interim report contains 5 hatchery and 31 wild stocks. There are 43 additional wild stocks left to analyze.
