Positive Wellbeing Group The Positive Wellbeing Group would like to focus on Resilience for the next 2 weeks in tutor time. We will give you 10 tips for Resilience. Hopefully the tips will get you thinking and have a positive impact on your future. Every day we will focus on one of the 10 letters in RESILIENCE. Resilience definition: Resilience describes a person’s capacity to cope with changes and challenges and to bounce back during difficult times. The more resilient someone is, the better they are at getting through tough times, and the better their chances at recovering from experiences of adversity and trauma. Today’s Top Tip! Strategies – Plan your coping strategies. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.

This course aims to help you make the most of your medical school application! 'Making it into Medicine' Course which will be run at Mitchell Library in Glasgow on the 20th of June. S5/6 Glasgow Schools’ Adventure Race 2015 • Date : 9th June 2014 (10am-4pm) • Venue : Pollok Park • Teams will consist of 4-6people (Current S3-S5 pupils) Activities in the race include: - Orienteering/Climbing/Kayaking/Mountain Climbing/Team Challenge There will be small trials to ensure teams are FAIR and EQUAL!!
