ICTs at our institution • Fully-equipped computer classrooms within each school. • 170 PC’s • broadband internet connection • Learners use computers at least once a week, mainly basic word processing and internet. • Main weakness: Limited use of computers by teaching staff: • 50% find it really hard to create e-mail document attachments. • 90% know how to insert a picture into a text document. • Only 10% use computers to create teaching materials.
