EXCELLENT • Always here • Always works hard • Serious about success • Cares about the team • Does beyond what is expected • Shows leadership • Never complains • Can always be trusted
SATISFACTORY • Here most of the time • Works hard most of the time • Can’t tell if he’s serious about success • Wants to be on the team • Does only that which is required • Is a follower • Complains when others do • Can be trusted some of the time
NEEDS IMPROVEMENT • Missing some of the time • Does some of the work • Not very serious about success • Cares more about self than the team • Looks for ways to hide out • Tends to rebel against leadership • Complains most of the time • Rarely can be trusted
UNSATISFACTORY • Missing most of the time • Does very little work • Could care less about success • Cares only about himself • Always has an excuse • Tends to quit on the team • Always is complaining
