PPME in QCP • Partnership Approach: involve all stakeholders from planning phase • APPA: Appreciative Participatory Planning and Action • New idea for China/Tibet
Monitoring and Evaluation APO • Design and management of monitoring system • Participatory monitoring and evaluation of QCP activities • Socio-economic and natural resource baseline data collection • Assisting external monitoring and evaluation missions
Limitations to M&E Information Problems! • Lack of internal information and transparency • Lack of stakeholder co-operation • Distance, limited field staff • Lack of proper equipment • Language barrier
