Physical changes in adulthood • Physical aging and decline usually is gradual • Our cells become less able to repair themselves
Physical Changes in Adulthood… • Aging includes: -the break down of muscles and fat -wrinkles -weight loss
Our senses change too! • Our senses need MORE stimulation as we age Ex: difficulty seeing distance or in the dark loss of hearing slowed reaction time
