DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY TESTS Developmentand delivery tests of gas turbine units (GTU) are divided into the following stages: – pre-delivery and acceptance tests at GTRPC «Zorya»- «Mashproekt» test rig; – assembly testing at Customer’s full-sized test rig; – mooring trials; – sea trials and delivery tests. GTU М79R at test rig Tests objective is to check GTU workmanship and quality of assembly as well as its compliance with Customer’s technical specifications.
MODERNIZATION OF M36 and M15 GTA 1.Fully microprocessor based automatic control system (ACS) made in accordance with Naval requirements and provides all functions related to regulating, control, protection and monitoring parameters of GTU 2.The ACS is performed by the SE GT&PC “Zoria”-”Mashproekt” on the base of MicroNet™ Plus or GTC250 Digital Control System (Woodward), which is in public sale anywhere in the world, equipped with control units, peripheral units, consoles equipment, power units. 3. ACS is compliant with any IPMS. Connection between ACS and IPMS, as well as connection between ACS and equipment of main and emergency control panels, is made by a doubled Ethernet network (protocols Modbus TCP / IP or Modbus RTU), which is currently the most popular. 4.The ACS software conforms to open architecture standards. The SW adjustment (if necessary) is carried out by “Zoria”-”Mashproekt” specialists or the customer. ACS of GTA M15

MAINTENANCE Guarantee obligations ►Enterprise provides guarantee maintenance and after-guarantee maintenance of engines. ►In the process of operation (till overhaul) on board the ship no replacement of the engine inner parts and components is required. ►Engines repair is carried out at specialized enterprise on expiry of TBO life or service life. ►During GTE delivery GTRPC «Zorya»- «Mashproekt» provides Customer with complete set of spare parts, tools and appliances necessary for maintaining of engine operation till overhaul and also provide with devices for engine loading and installation on board the ship. Delivery of the engine spares set is guaranteed under separate contracts to ensure long operating life.
