Phil has a work history in the business sector, has worked in executive management in a reputed retail company, and also spent a few years serving as a missionary in The Philippines and Kenya.   2. Despite an extremely hectic work schedule, Phil makes sure that he devotes enough time to his personal life since he has always believed in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Outside of work, his interests include traveling, exploring historical places, hiking, and collecting handmade art from the mountains, such as pottery, wood carvings, etc. He enjoy the indoors as much as he does outdoors. On the weekends, you can easily find him in his kitchen trying out a new recipe, or reading about The American Revolution. He has also visited the sites related to The Revolutionary War.

Phil has been actively supporting two popular National Parks including - The Blue Ridge Parkway and The Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
