How did this happen? Has a virus scan been done? Was anything deleted prior to this? Was a hard reset done? What was displayed in the error message? 4 of 16
How to repair Windows OS? Step 1: Load Boot Menu Access 1: Restart Computer When OS loads hit F8 to reach boot menu. Access 2:Some Windows OS load another menu when F8 is hit. To load the boot menu select the hard drive Step 2: Try Last Known Good Configuration Does not fix corrupt files or restore deleted things, but is sometimes a simple solution. 5 of 16
