Overview • On-line Real Estate Pre-License Program. • 150 hours required by the State of Oregon, Real Estate Agency (OREA) • Covering seven modules • Agency Law • Contracts • Real Estate Law • Real Estate Practices • Brokerage • Finance • Property Management • Preparation for the Oregon Real Estate Broker State/National test. 1

  4. Features & Benefits Admission flexibility - Program admissions begin at any time. - No previous education requirements. - Students must be 18 years of age. Prepares student for State/National Oregon Real Estate Broker License test with 23 practice tests of over 200 questions each Completes State of Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA) requirement of 150 clock hours of study. Instructors available Monday through Friday 8:30 am through 5:30 pm. for assistance. 2

APPLICATIONS • This program will enable you to complete the required 150 clock hours covering seven modules of mandatory subjects necessary to obtain your Oregon Real Estate Brokers License. • This program will also prepare you for the State/National test also required by the State of Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA). • Before completing and passing all chapter quizzes and module finals, you must submit a license application with the required license fee to the Agency. We will need confirmation that you have done this. • After completing, passing all chapter quizzes and modules and submitting your license application to the agency, we will submit your information electronically to PSI • A transcript will be provided at completion as required by Oregon Real Estate Agency. • To enroll please call 503-256-9723 or email par.acct@yahoo.com to receive an enrollment packet. Specifications • You are required to take and pass all chapter quizzes. • There are five to eight chapters in each module. • You are required to take and pass all seven module finals. • A passing score is 70% or better for each quiz and final. • Scores are received by student electronically at finalization of each quiz and section test. • Work is done at the students pace, online, with eight months to complete the course unless an extension is granted. Granting of extension will be subject to Director’s approval, and must be applied for by the student if the program is not completed within eight months. • Program is 150 clock hours. Actual completion time is dependant on how many hours the student can apply to the program on a daily basis. • Students are provide a copy of conduct, termination, refund and other rules and regulations at time of enrollment. 4

  7. Pricing • The price for this course is $440.00. Tuition $210.00 Registration Fee $ 65.00 Computer Activation Fee $165.00 Total $440.00 *The registration fee and computer activation fee is non- refundable after five business days of the date of enrollment and prior to the commencement of lessons. Registration fee shall not exceed 15% of the tuition or $150.00, whichever is less. • Payment must be received upon enrollment • Check or credit card accepted • *See page 2 of enrollment form for details of refund policy. • Financial aid is not available. 5

Instructors are available 8:30 – 5:30 Monday through Friday • Advantage Real Estate School does not accept transfers. Students will be provided with the most recent transcript on request. • Advantage Real Estate School does not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, national origin, disability, or age in admission, treatment, or participation in its programs, services and activities. • 48 Hour notice Is required for copies of student transcripts. • All national holidays are observed only in regards to Instructor availability. Course material is available on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. • Student aggrieved by action of the school should attempt to resolve these problems with appropriate school officials. Should this procedure fail, students may contact: Oregon Department of Education, Public Service Building, 255 Capital St. NE, Salem, Or.97310.
