  8. Genesis 1 1In the beginning God (ELOHIM – plurality of 3) created the heaven and the earth. FATHER SON (WORD) SPIRIT

  9. Acts 17 22Then Paul stood in the midst of Mars' hill, and said, Ye men of Athens, I perceive that in all things ye are too superstitious. 23For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you.

  10. Acts 17 24God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; 25Neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things;

  11. Acts 17 26And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; 27That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:

  12. Acts 17 28For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.

  13. John 1 1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2The same was in the beginning with God. 3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

  14. Genesis 1 1In the beginning God(ELOHIM) created the heaven and the earth. 2And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved (hb. – brooded like a mother hen on her eggs) upon the face of the waters.

  15. Genesis 1 1In the beginning God (ELOHIM) created the heaven and the earth. 2And the earth was (hb. – BECAME) without form(hb. – tohu: confusion, waste, wilderness), and void(hb.- bohu: undistinguished ruin); and darkness (misery, death, destruction, sorrow, wickedness) was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

  16. Isaiah 45 18For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God (ELOHIM) himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established (ordered, perfected, provided prosperity) it, he created it not in vain(hb. – tohu: confusion, waste, wilderness), he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else.

  17. Jeremiah 4 23I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form (tohu), and void (bohu); and the heavens, and they had no light. 24I beheld the mountains, and, lo, they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly (sharply). 25I beheld, and, lo, there was no man (humans), and all the birds of the heavens were fled.

  18. Jeremiah 4 26I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the LORD, and by his fierce anger. 27For thus hath the LORD said, The whole land shall be desolate; yet will I not make a full end.

  19. Jeremiah 4 28For this shall the earth mourn, and the heavens above be black; because I have spoken it, I have purposed it, and will not repent (hb.- be sorry), neither will I turn back from it.

  20. Ezekiel 28 12Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty. 13Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.

  21. Ezekiel 28 14Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. 15Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.

  22. Ezekiel 28 16By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. 17Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.

  23. Ezekiel 28 18Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee. 19All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more.

  24. Isaiah 14 12How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! 13For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: 14I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

  25. Isaiah 14 15Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. 16They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms; 17That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners?

  26. I Corinthians 14 33For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

  27. James 3 16For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.
