  3. Types of Shares • COMMON stock: • Voting rights (business meetings) and dividend payments. • Attract most individual investors (EUA). • eg: PETR3 • PREFERRED stock: • Priority claim to company profits. • Attract most minority shareholders (BRA). • eg: PETR4
