  1. Help Manual for Tender Download on DAE portal.

  2. Open the Internet Explorer and type the URL of the portal. In this case we are considering the example of DAE demo portal so type the URL as http://daedemo.etenders.dae.gov.in

  3. Step 1: Type Your USER ID Step 2: Type Your Password. Step 3: Now click on “Go” button

  4. Next Screen will appear, select “Tender Search” under Search Criteria.

  5. You may also provide with Key Word like “ Tender Ref No”, Short description of the Item” and then click on “search” button. Now click on “Search” button to search for all tenders.

  6. Next page will be displayed with the list of Tenders Live on portal . Click on the “Tender Ref No.” link to select the particular Tender.

  7. Next Screen will appear with the Tender details. Now Scroll down the screen.

  8. You will get the “Download Tender” button. Click on “ Download Tender button to proceed.

  9. Next screen will appear, now click on “proceed” button to download the Tender document.

  10. The next screen will appear with Actions “Download Document”. Now click on “ Go” button.

  11. The next screen will appear. Now click on “Download Tender Document” button. Note: In case if there are any drawings, technical specifications for the suppliers to be downloaded, the screen will have the button “download supporting documents“ the suppliers are then required to click that button and download the supporting documents as well.

  12. Click on “SAVE” button to save the Tender Document in PDF.

  13. the Windows will popup to save the document. Click on “SAVE” to save the document on your desired location.

  14. Once the download is completed , The popup will come as “ Download Completed”

  15. Now, Click on “Complete Task” button to complete the stage.

  16. You will get the status for the stage “ Tender Download as Completed.” You may then logout or proceed with your Bid Preparation stage
