(SWOT profile) • Effectiveness as a functional leader focuses on your ability to use strategic flexibility-being adaptive, persuasive, aware, sensitive, and responsible. The key may be found in the question, “What skill do I have that will help move the group forward?” (Hybels and Weaver p. 269)
