Migrate custom code to packaged ETL before it’s too late! Consider consolidated ETL expertise as a shared service. Network with your peers to influence ETL vendor selection. Look at the Forrester Wave — customize the criteria/weightings to meet your requirements. Extend ETL to support new requirements — cloud, real-time BI, big data, and external data sources.
