This conference will discuss the integration of SharePoint and Relational Databases in the context of RCRAInfo. It will explore the needs analysis, non-vendor solution recommendations, and the timeline for development. The capabilities of MS-SharePoint 2007, such as collaboration, portals, enterprise search, content management, and business intelligence, will be highlighted.   4. MS-SharePoint 2007 • Provides a single point for where employees can: • Collaborate • Portals • Enterprise Search • Enterprise Content Management • Business Process and Forms • Business Intelligence

  5. Lists, Libraries, & Views • Numerous types of each • Libraries = Documents with Metadata • Lists = Just data • Views = Different ways to view list or libraries

  6. Workflows, & Dashboards • Workflows = Allow you to act on data • Dashboards = Give an higher level view of the data.

  7. RCRAInfo • Handler Module – Direct Enter • Others will be download and uploaded, not really sure exactly how this will work yet….
