Why Become a Learning Organization Description: • Learning is essential to provide rapid continuous change • The competitive advantage of learning quicker than competitors • Increasing the rate of change&increase in creativity • Organisations success depends on engagement and learning at all levels of the organisation Our Reaction: The learning organization is the trend and it seems a good way for a company’s future and sustainable.We can put our learn into practice and execute to find the blind side to make the product better.
