  2. What is the MRC? The MRC is the Marketing Resource Center, accessible through Vantage. It contains pre-approved, customizable marketing materials that you can use to market to prospects and your book of business for both AEP and Special Enrollment Periods.

  21. Start Navigating Choose from a variety of materials and subjects.

  22. Refine Search Refine search results by multiple criteria options.

  23. Search for Specific Item Enter in the DIN # for a specific piece of creative from the toolkit to find a specific tool you are looking for.

  26. Upload Logo 2. Select the drop down and select “Company Logo.” 1. To add a logo to your piece, click the arrow by your name and select “Asset Library.” 3. In the top right corner, select “Upload Asset.” 4. Select your logo that you’ve saved to your desktop. 5. Once loaded, select “Save Asset” in the bottom right corner.

  27. Accessing Your Logo Once your logo is added, it will pre-populate in the customization screen each time you create new materials.

  28. Adding Your Headshot • When adding a headshot, first ensure the picture meets the following requirements: • Size: 4”x 4” • Color: CMYK • Format: .jpg • 300 dpi

  29. Adding Your Headshot 1. Click “Your Name” in the top right of the page.  2. Select the option with an image next to it called “Asset Library.” 3. Next you will have a window similar to the one in the photo below. Make sure “Agent Photos” category is selected from the dropdown on the left. Then select the “Upload Asset” option on the bottom right corner of your window.  4. A small upload box will appear like the one below. Hit “Browse” and choose the photo from your computer that will be uploaded into your profile.  5. The name of your file should appear in the box after you choose it. Be sure that your image matches the provided requirements. This guarantees that your uploaded photo will have the correct quality for its purpose. Select the “Upload” button to preview your image and its settings. 6. If everything looks correct, check the “I agree” checkbox and select the “Save Asset” button on the bottom of the window. Your photo is now uploaded to your profile. It can now be chosen when ordering a product that has an option of a photo.

  30. Locate Item Let’s say you found a specific postcard you wanted to customize with your contact information. Once you locate it through the different search options available on the MRC, click on the thumbnail to get started.

  31. Select Item Click on “Customize & Download” to add your business contact information. These instructions are for Download Only.

  32. Customize Agent Information Fill in the fields with your information.

  33. Select Image To select alternate photography, click on “Change Image.”

  34. Review Options and Make Selection After selecting “change image,” multiple photo options will appear. Scroll to find an image that is most suitable for you. *Note: only select pieces of creative have this option

  35. Download Once your image is selected, click on “Download PDF.”

  36. Bulk Order A number of documents in the MRC can be produced by integrated Humana print/fulfillment partners. This allows the user to order a variety of materials to be produced/fulfilled and sent directly to their shipping address. Simply select the desired quantity to order before choosing the “Order” button to start the ordering process.

  37. Bulk Order Items may have customization options as outlined. If not, the item will added to the shopping cart. At the start of the order process, a quantity selection is presented to specify volume of the user’s order.  The Order Summary screen details previous order information. Order Summary allows users to review Order History details and also reorder an existing order. It will also allow users to sort by order ID number and search by dates within Order History. 

  38. Bulk Order Orders in the MRC will generate email alerts. These alerts are sent to the email address listed in the user’s MRC profile and includes Order information with links to the MRC for specific information.  The Payment screen on the Order workflow provides the “Add a Credit Card” option for the users to enter, which stores the credit card under “My Accounts.”

  39. Email Orders If your document is going out via the email channel, you will need to provide a list of your recipients. To do so, click “Next Step” on the “Personalization Options” screen, and you will be brought to the “Upload Your List” screen. This screen will allow you to upload your list of recipients. You have the option to select recipients from an existing list, upload a list, create a recipient manually and add yourself to the list of recipients. The “Upload a List” option will give you clear instructions and a sample upload file so that you can format your list properly for processing.

  40. Email Orders Click “Next Step” on the “Upload Your List” screen and you will be brought to the “Order Delivery Information” screen. This screen will allow you to personalize delivery details. You are required on this page to add a subject line for your email and a “reply to” email address.

  41. Direct Mail Orders Once you have selected the creative you want to use, you will be brought to the “Item Details” screen. Make sure that “Direct Mail Order” is selected. Click “Order.” Complete/correct all required fields in the personalization Options, and then click on the image to approve your customizations.

  42. Direct Mail Orders You must view both sides of the creative before you can approve your proof. Once reviewed, check the box that says “I approve my customizations” and then click done.

  43. Direct Mail Orders Once you have clicked “next step” from the personalization page, you will be given options of how to provide the addresses for your direct mailing. You have the option to select recipients from an existing list, upload a list, create a recipient manually and add yourself to the list of recipients. The “Upload a List” option will give you clear instructions and a sample upload file so that you can format your list properly for processing.

  44. Direct Mail Orders On the “Order Delivery Information” screen, you are able to assign a friendly name for your order and add your order to your cart.

  46. Select from a Variety of Tools and Guides Search for Conversation Guides or Educational Materials to get a list of options.

  47. Select Educational Tools On the main MRC navigation page, click on Educational Tools.
