  1. MENOPAUSE DIET After reaching menopause, it is essential for women to change their lifestyle into a healthy lifestyle.

  2. BEANS Beans are really beneficial for us. Hence if we filling our diet with fiber-rich foods we should not ignore beans.

  3. NON FAT MILK After menopause it is important to maintain bone health. Hence adding non-fat milk is a good way to get calcium and vitamin D.

  4. WHOLE GRAINS We should add whole grains in our diet. It also good for preventing us from heart diseases and etc.

  5. FATTY FISH Fatty fishes are good source of omega 3 fatty acids. These are also good for heart diseases.

  6. FRUITS AND VEGETABLES Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables is necessary as it can help us to protect our heart after menopause. So add on different - different fruits and vegetables in your healthy menopause diet.

  7. NUTS After menopause women who take nuts in their daily routine may reduce the risk of diabetes and heart diseases.
