  21. Our Success has enabled us to employ Coordinator Megan Mackay A Registered Teacher who has worked as an Early Years Educator in the UK before relocating to Bayside Brisbane.

  22. Our growth also enabled us to acquire a dedicated vehicle

  23. Bayside Family Day Care now serves 27 suburbs

Our ‘Reconciliation Action Plan’ • A tool to build positive relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people. • Our public contribution to an Australian effort to close the 17-year life expectancy gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous children. • We will identify clear actions and realistic targets, as well as lessons learned. • Our plan will include a creative blend of relationships, respect and opportunities.
