Enrollment Reporting Changes All students must be exited every year First day of school E230 T240 T160 T200 T167 T180 E140 E450 T165 E400 E155 Last day of school Students that do not exit during the school year and are expected to return next year should be exited the last day of school with an exit code of E155. In special circumstances, such as students finishing up graduation requirements, students can exit later but must have an exit date, on or before 8/15 of the calendar year that the school year ended. Automatic Closure of Program Records Program records are now automatically exited in the following situations Because exit code E450 will cause program records to be exited, K-6 schools should use E155 for students who complete the school year and are expected to return.
