Documentation on EMI web site • http://www.eu-emi.eu/documentation • New version here • http://www.eu-emi.eu/kebnekaise-products • Differences • Documentation is a section collecting all documentation items, categorized by type, area, format • There might be cross-product items (e.g. generic Install. What to improve ? • Member of documentation review team should be informed of every documentation update • add team members to tracker items ? • Documentation review process need to start in time • 1 month before ? • Need to fix exactly acceptance criteria and actions to take when they are not matched WP2 – Emidio Giorgio – EMI 2nd All Hands Meeting June 1stt 2011
