  5. The Red is for the blood spilt in fighting for their independence. The Black star is for the emancipation and unity in the struggle against colonialism. The Gold stands for the mineral rich nature of Ghana. The Green is for the rich vegetation.

  6. Climate & Nation Hazards -tropical; warm and comparatively dry along southeast coast; hot and humid in southwest; hot and dry in north -Droughts

  7. Transportation Ghana only has a total of 11 airports and only 7 of them are paved. Busses cars and bikes are mostly used in different areas of the country rather than planes.
