  3. We asked for your input …… and you rolled up your sleeves and worked. 57 Mays people completed online surveys 35 Mays people invested 2 days at Deloitte University (Jan 2016) 140 Mays people invested 2 hours at Town Hall: Build Our Vision (Feb 2016)

Your voice was heard We formed a Steering Committee Eli, Duane, Marty, Mark, Janet, Diane, Cydney, and Mary Leadigested the input, discussed/debated, and identified common themes … Where did I put that copy of “How to Herd Cats?” It’s good that one person on this team knows what a Vision Statement is No Marty, I’m serious… You’ve GOT to be joking.. I’ve never seen Mark in a tie… I left industry for this? Here’s what I think.. Strategic planning is not as glamorous as I thought…
