Aims & Objectives Aim:To understand the mechanics of FLEX & quality requirements. To become an approved FLEX facilitator as a B-Cap approved FLEX licence holder. Objectives • To understand and be able to implement registration and induction protocols • To understand the methods of delivery, agree scope for delivery of different levels • To understand requirements for completion of each module / level / programme
