  3. Who is Frank? • Frank was launched in October 2009 and is backed by GMHBA, a leading private health fund. • Frank is here to make health insurance clear and simple. Because frankly, it can be confusing. • Frank isn’t into wasting paper. Or making you wait on the end of a phone line. That’s why most of your dealings with Frank are online. That’s how Frank keeps costs to a minimum.

  4. Why Frank? • Members can do pretty much everything through their own personal member area. However, if help is needed, Frank has some specialists to chat online with. • The Frank way is quick, simple and helps keep premiums down. That’s a good thing.

  5. Frank’s achievements • Frank has only been around since October 2009, but we already have more than 2200 members • Choice, a leading independent consumer magazine, awarded Frank Health Insurance 11 Best Buy awards for our hospital covers and 2 for our extras covers.

  6. Friends of Frank Program • The Friends of Frank Program offers your members a discount of 10% off Frank’s standard rates for the first 12 months. After that, the premium reverts to the standard Frank rates (which are super-competitive anyway). • Plus, Frank will pay the Australian Parkour Association a ‘commission’ of $50 for single memberships and $100 for couples and families on all new sales under the program. Could end up being a nice little money spinner. • Health insurance premiums must be paid monthly by direct debit. That means credit cards too. • This discount is only available on a combined Frank hospital and extras cover. • Members who already have Frank Health Insurance would also be able to access the 10% discount for the first 12 months. • Frank will continue to run public promotional offers from time-to-time, so this offer can’t be used in conjunction with them. It’s one or the other. • Frank’s standard rates are contained in Standard Information Statements located on privatehealth.gov.au under GMHBA or at frankhealthinsurance.com.au.

Next Steps • We agree to the terms in principle. • Both parties agree to guidelines on where and when Frank Health Insurance will be promoted by you. • Frank will draw up a more formal agreement that outlines the responsibilities and requirements of each party. • Frank will develop your landing page and referral tracking system. • Program launches.
