Convocation Schedule 10:00 am: Opening of Hall for Entry of Students & Guests 11:00 am: Procession of the Chief Guests, President & the Council towards the Hall CPS Anthem Lightening of Lamps Welcome and felicitation of Chief Guests, other guests Brief about CPS. Introduction of Chief Guests Convocation Address by Chief Guest: Hon’ble Shri Dr Bhagwatji K. Karad Presidential Address by: Dr. Girish K. Maindarkar Award of Gold Medals & Prizes by President and Chief Guest Admission & Award of fellowships by President and Chief Guest Admission & Award of Diplomas 1:00 pm (estimated): Vote of Thanks National Anthem The President will dissolve the Convocation The Procession will leave the hall. The assembly will kindly rise and remain standing until the incoming procession has taken its seats, will stand for the National anthem and during the time the procession leaves the hall.
