Beam ad hoc process (Agreed in Orlando) • Assign volunteers to take responsibility for individual comment groups • Volunteers to review comments, and provide submissions on resolution, or recruit other volunteers to provide submissions • If necessary, they can propose to reassign some comments to others • Resolutions require 75% or greater in ad hoc to be brought to motion in TGn • Resolutions that get greater than 50% but less than 75% will be brought to TGn for further discussion and consideration.
