Consultation process must address • Child find process • Determination of the proportionate share available • How the consultation process will take place • How, where and by whom the services will be provided • How the district will respond if they disagree with the views of the private school officials
The district makes the final decisions about all aspects of the services to be provided to parentally placed private school children with disabilities.
