1. Fast الصوم • Matthew 17:21 "However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting." • متى 17:21 واما هذا الجنس فلا يخرج الا بالصلاة والصوم • Matthieu 17:21 Mais cette sorte (de démon) ne sort que par la prière et par le jeûne. To be purified from vices, fasting is a good tool

3. Hunger and Thirst الجوع و العطش • John 6:35 And Jesus said to them, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst. • يوحنا 6:35 فقال لهم يسوع انا هو خبز الحياة.من يقبل اليّ فلا يجوع ومن يؤمن بي فلا يعطش ابدا. • Jean 6:35 Jésus leur dit : Moi, je suis le pain de vie. Celui qui vient à moi n’aura jamais faim, et celui qui croit en moi n’aura jamais soif.

4. Fasting الصومHunger and Thirst الجوع و العطش • Fasting is not being hungry for food but rather being satisfied with Christ • الصوم ليس هو الجوع للطعام بل هو الشبع بالمسيح

5. Hunger and Thirst الجوع و العطش • Matthew 5:6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled. • متى 5:6 طوبى للجياع والعطاش الى البر.لانهم يشبعون. • Matthieu 5:6 Heureux ceux qui ont faim et soif de justice, car ils seront rassasiés !

Hunger and Thirst الجوع و العطش • Joh 7:37 On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, "If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. • يو 7:37 وفي اليوم الاخير العظيم من العيد وقف يسوع ونادى قائلا ان عطش احد فليقبل اليّ ويشرب. • Jn 7:37 Le dernier jour, le grand jour de la fête, Jésus debout s’écria : Si quelqu’un a soif, qu’il vienne à moi et qu’il boive.

7. Chastity & Self-Control العفة و ضبط النفس • Corinthians 6:12 All things are lawful for me, but all things are not helpful. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any. • 1 كورنثوس 6:12 كل الاشياء تحل لي لكن ليس كل الاشياء توافق.كل الاشياء تحل لي لكن لا يتسلط علي شيء. • 1 Corinthiens 6:12 Tout m’est permis, mais tout n’est pas utile, tout m’est permis, mais je ne me laisserai pas asservir par quoi que ce soit.

8. Strive, Struggle & Fight الجهاد • Hebrews 12:4 You have not yet resisted to bloodshed, striving against sin. • عبرانيين 12:4 لم تقاوموا بعد حتى الدم مجاهدين ضد الخطية • Hébreux 12:4 Vous n’avez pas encore résisté jusqu’au sang en combattant contre le péché.

Strive, Struggle & Fight الجهاد • 1Ti 6:12 Fight the goodfight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. • 1تي 6:12 جاهد جهاد الايمان الحسن وامسك بالحياة الابدية التي اليها دعيت ايضا واعترفت الاعتراف الحسن امام شهود كثيرين. • 1Ti 6:12 Combats le bon combat de la foi, saisis la vie éternelle, à laquelle tu as été appelé, et pour laquelle tu as prononcé cette belle confession en présence d’un grand nombre de témoins.

10. Strive, Struggle & Fight الجهاد • 2Ti 4:7 I have fought the goodfight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. • 2تي 4:7 قد جاهدت الجهاد الحسن اكملت السعي حفظت الايمان • 2Ti 4:7 J’ai combattu le bon combat, j’ai achevé la course, j’ai gardé la foi.

11. Resistance المقاومة • James 4:7 Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. • يعقوب 4:7 فاخضعوا للّه.قاوموا ابليس فيهرب منكم. • Jacques 4:7 Soumettez–vous donc à Dieu ; résistez au diable, et il fuira loin de vous.

12. Forsake الترك • Ps 37:8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; Do not fret—it only causes harm. • مز 37:8 كف عن الغضب واترك السخط ولا تغر لفعل الشر. • Ps 37:8 Laisse la colère, abandonne la fureur ; Ne t’irrite pas, ce serait mal faire.

13. Forsake الترك • Pr 9:6 Forsake foolishness and live, And go in the way of understanding. • ام 9:6 اتركوا الجهالات فتحيوا وسيروا في طريق الفهم • Pr 9:6 Abandonnez la stupidité et vous vivrez, Dirigez–vous dans la voie de l’intelligence !

Forsake الترك • Isa 55:7 Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the LORD, And He will have mercy on him; And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon. • اش 55:7 ليترك الشرير طريقه ورجل الاثم افكاره وليتب الى الرب فيرحمه والى الهنا لانه يكثر الغفران. • Esa 55:7 Que le méchant abandonne sa voie, Et l’homme de rien ses pensées ; Qu’il retourne à l’Éternel, Qui aura compassion de lui, A notre Dieu, Qui pardonne abondamment.

15. حساب النفقة • Lu 14:33 "So likewise, whoever of you does not forsake all that he has cannot be My disciple. • لو 14:33 فكذلك كل واحد منكم لا يترك جميع امواله لا يقدر ان يكون لي تلميذا. • Lu 14:33 Ainsi donc, quiconque d’entre vous ne renonce pas à tout ce qu’il possède ne peut être mon disciple.

Sacrifice اﻠﺒﺫ ل • Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. • رومية 12:1 فاطلب اليكم ايها الاخوة برأفة الله ان تقدموا اجسادكم ذبيحة حية مقدسة مرضية عند الله عبادتكم العقلية. • Romains 12:1 Je vous exhorte donc, frères, par les compassions de Dieu, à offrir vos corps comme un sacrifice vivant, saint, agréable à Dieu, ce qui sera de votre part un culte raisonnable.

Sacrifice اﻠﺒﺫ ل • Philippians 2:17 Yes, and if I am being poured out as a drink offering on the sacrifice and service of your faith, I am glad and rejoice with you all. • فيلبي 2:17 لكنني وان كنت انسكب ايضا على ذبيحة ايمانكم وخدمته اسرّ وافرح معكم اجمعين. • Philippiens 2:17 Mais même si je sers de libation en plus du sacrifice et de l’offrande de votre foi, je m’en réjouis et je me réjouis avec vous tous ;

Self-denial انكار اﻠﺫات • Mt 16:24 Then Jesus said to His disciples, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him denyhimself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. • مت 16:24 حينئذ قال يسوع لتلاميذه ان اراد احد ان يأتي ورائي فلينكر نفسه ويحمل صليبه ويتبعني. • Mt 16:24 Alors Jésus dit à ses disciples : Si quelqu’un veut venir après moi, qu’il renonce à lui–même, qu’il se charge de sa croix et qu’il me suive.

Lose One's Life يهلك الانسان نفسه • Mr 8:35 "For whoever desires to save hislife will lose it, but whoever loses hislife for My sake and the gospel’s will save it. • مر 8:35 فان من اراد ان يخلّص نفسه يهلكها.ومن يهلك نفسه من اجلي ومن اجل الانجيل فهو يخلّصها. • Mr 8:35 Quiconque en effet voudra sauver sa vie la perdra, mais quiconque perdra sa vie à cause de moi et de l’Évangile la sauvera.

Serving & Giving الخدمة و العطاء • Mark 10:45 "For even the Son of Man did not come to beserved, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many." • مرقس 10:45 لان ابن الانسان ايضا لم يأت ليخدم بل ليخدم وليبذل نفسه فدية عن كثيرين • Marc 10:45 Car le Fils de l’homme est venu, non pour être servi, mais pour servir et donner sa vie en rançon pour beaucoup.

22. Serving & Giving الخدمة و العطاء • Acts 20:35 "I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is moreblessed to give than to receive.’" • اعمال 20:35 في كل شيء اريتكم انه هكذا ينبغي انكم تتعبون وتعضدون الضعفاء متذكرين كلمات الرب يسوع انه قال مغبوط هو العطاء اكثر من الاخذ. • Actes 20:35 En tout, je vous ai montré qu’il faut travailler ainsi, pour venir en aide aux faibles, et se rappeler les paroles du Seigneur Jésus, qui a dit lui–même : Il y a plus de bonheur à donner qu’à recevoir.

23. Abstain الامتناع • 1Th 5:22 Abstain from every form of evil. • 1تس 5:22امتنعوا عن كل شبه شر. • 1Th 5:22 abstenez–vous du mal sous toutes ses formes.

24. Abstain الامتناع • 1Pe 2:11 Beloved, I beg you as sojourners and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts which war against the soul, • 1بط 2:11 ايها الاحباء اطلب اليكم كغرباء ونزلاء ان تمتنعوا عن الشهوات الجسدية التي تحارب النفس • 1Pi 2:11 Bien–aimés, je vous exhorte, en tant qu’étrangers et voyageurs, à vous abstenir des désirs charnels qui font la guerre à l’âme.

25. Abstain الامتناع • 1Th 4:3 For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality; • 1تس 4:3 لان هذه هي ارادة الله قداستكم.ان تمتنعوا عن الزنى • 1Th 4:3 Ce que Dieu veut, c’est votre sanctification ; c’est que vous vous absteniez de l’inconduite ;

26. Resistance المقاومة • 1Peter 5:9 Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world. • 1 بطرس 5:9 فقاوموه راسخين في الايمان عالمين ان نفس هذه الآلام تجرى على اخوتكم الذين في العالم • 1 Pierre 5:9 résistez–lui, fermes en la foi, et sachant que les mêmes souffrances sont imposées à vos frères dans le monde.

27. Carry the cross حمل الصليب • Matthew 16:24 Then Jesus said to His disciples, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. • متى 16:24 حينئذ قال يسوع لتلاميذه ان اراد احد ان يأتي ورائي فلينكر نفسه ويحمل صليبه ويتبعني. • Matthieu 16:24 Alors Jésus dit à ses disciples : Si quelqu’un veut venir après moi, qu’il renonce à lui–même, qu’il se charge de sa croix et qu’il me suive.

28. Carry the cross حمل الصليب • Mark 15:21 Then they compelled a certain man, Simon a Cyrenian, the father of Alexander and Rufus, as he was coming out of the country and passing by, to bear His cross. • مرقس 15:21 فسخّروا رجلا مجتازا كان آتيا من الحقل وهو سمعان القيرواني ابو ألكسندرس وروفس ليحمل صليبه. • Marc 15:21 Ils forcèrent, à porter la croix de Jésus, un passant qui revenait des champs, Simon de Cyrène, père d’Alexandre et de Rufus ; Do I carry the cross willingly ? Do I carry the cross while my heart is still on the road I was walking.

29. Carry the cross حمل الصليب • Luke 14:27 "And whoever does not bear his cross and come after Me cannot be My disciple. • لوقا 14:27 ومن لا يحمل صليبه ويأتي ورائي فلا يقدر ان يكون لي تلميذا. • Luc 14:27 Et quiconque ne porte pas sa croix et ne me suit pas, ne peut être mon disciple.

30. Carry the cross حمل الصليب • 1Corinthians 1:18 For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. • 1 كورنثوس 1:18 فان كلمة الصليب عند الهالكين جهالة واما عندنا نحن المخلّصين فهي قوة الله. • 1 Corinthiens 1:18 Car la parole de la croix est folie pour ceux qui périssent ; mais pour nous qui sommes sauvés, elle est puissance de Dieu. Do you agree that the cross is the way to glory or do we still escape our cross or consider loosing your life for Christ is a waste

31. Carry the cross حمل الصليب • Hebrews 12:2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. • عبرانيين 12:2 ناظرين الى رئيس الايمان ومكمله يسوع الذي من اجل السرور الموضوع امامه احتمل الصليب مستهينا بالخزي فجلس في يمين عرش الله. • Hébreux 12:2 les yeux fixés sur Jésus, qui est l’auteur de la foi et qui la mène à la perfection. Au lieu de la joie qui lui était proposée, il a supporté la croix, méprisé la honte, et s’est assis à la droite du trône de Dieu.

32. Carry the cross حمل الصليب • Galatians 6:14 But God forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. • غلاطية 6:14 واما من جهتي فحاشا لي ان افتخر الا بصليب ربنا يسوع المسيح الذي به قد صلب العالم لي وانا للعالم. • Galates 6:14 Quant à moi, certes non ! je ne me glorifierai de rien d’autre que de la croix de notre Seigneur Jésus–Christ, par qui le monde est crucifié pour moi, comme je le suis pour le monde !
