What is EndNote Web? • Bibliographic citation manager that allows you to: • Collect references • Organize references into groups and share with others • Format references for a bibliography and Cite While You WriteTM in Microsoft Word • Access your references from any computer
EndNote Web cannot… • Work with graphics, charts, tables, or figures • Drag and drop PDF files to store with references • Edit reference import filters and output styles • Work without an Internet/network connection

Creating an Account/Profile • Register at www.myendnoteweb.com or WoK • Must register on campus or through Single Sign On • Must maintain roaming access
Collect References • Transfer/ Direct Export references • Online search through EndNote Web • Capture using Web plug-in for IE or Firefox • Import references (as text files) • Add references manually
Edit References • Can edit fields • Can annotate and add notes
Organize and Share References • File into groups that you create • Share groups with other EndNote Web users (read only or read/write) • Search and delete duplicate references
