  4. Since its inception in 1999, Rose has grown to be one of the leading apparel solution providers in Bangladesh. Engaged in marketing, development and manufacturing of apparel. Rose employs 800 people across the company and has an annual turnover of over $7.5 million. Through a wide range of products & services, Rose has earned the goodwill of reputed brands from across the globe.   5. Quality Assurance Rose is committed to providing the highest quality products. We have an experienced and highly skilled Quality Assurance Team which reports directly to senior management, working along-side but independently from the Production and Merchandizing teams. All garments pass through strict quality control checkpoints at every stage of production allowing us to achieve an inline Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) of 2.5. Rose is officially certified to perform final inspection on behalf of its major buyers. This allows our clients to reduce their overhead as required, without compromising high standards for the quality of the products.

COMPLIANCE Rose Garments is an approved facility with all major customers of Europe ,USA and Canada  Compliance normally consists of ensuring that activities undertaken agree with both the letter and the spirit of the standards, local laws and Buyers Code Of Conduct.  In the legal system, compliance usually refers to behavior in accordance with legislation.  Enforcing compliance means ensuring that the businesses adheres to the regulations stated.  Rose is complied with all new systems of Building, Electrical and Fire Safety standards imposed by Accord and Alliance.

  11. EMPLOYMENT POLICY Child Labor : Children are strictly prohibited for employment Equal treatment : All Employees have equal access to jobs. Compensation : Wages paid as per legally mandated minimum rates or above. Working Hours : Working hours followed with the prevailing laws. Leave : Employees are entitled as per legally mandated leave. No harassment or Abuse : Work environment free of harassment or abuse. Voluntary Employment : Forced labor and involuntary prison labor are not allowed. All workers are given proper training and orientation before going to their workstations.

  12. WORKER’S WELFARE : Childcare room having trained babysitter. Worker’s welfare committee forms in the factory. Committee meeting is held in every month. Separate area in dining room for male and female. Separate prayer rooms for male and female.

  13. EXPANSION PLANS We at Rose have robust expansion in the near future. Our new factory of 650 machines will operational from March 2018, increasing our monthly capacity to 400,000 pcs. .
