  1. Newton’s 3 Laws of Motion An object at rest remains at rest, and an object in motion remains in motion, until an unbalanced force acts on it. Acceleration is produced when a force acts on a mass. The greater the mass, the greater the amount of force needed to accelerate the object. For every action by a force, there is an equal and opposite reaction by another force.

Newton’s 3 Laws of Motion Project • Create a visual showing Newton’s 3 Laws of Motion • For each Law of Motion, include the following: • What the law states • Explain/describe the law in your own words • Give an example and explain why it shows that law • Draw a picture of your example • Make sure your project is neat, creative, and colorful!
