What is the DofE? The Adventure Starts here…. Recognised all over the world! Gives a student an ‘edge’ when applying to college, university or work Gain many skills which will improve self esteem and confidence Shows ‘stickability’ and commitment It’s not easy to achieve the Award (on average only 50% of students who enrol on the Award will achieve their Bronze)
How does it work? 3 levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold Bronze level has 4 sections to complete Sub-title if needed sits just below in a smaller font
Students should be well on their way to completing at least two of their sections by the end of April.Students should aim for Completion of the whole Award by the end of year 10.

The Expedition • TEAMS! • Students need to organise themselves into mixed groups of 6 or 7 • Names to be submitted to the D of E team on the required form by Friday 22nd March. • Once the deadline has passed, the D of E team will put students into teams for them!
