Rapid Responder Solidarity Training This is a collaborative project led by Sacred Heart Community Service, PACT, Pangea Legal Services, LUNA, Amigos de Guadalupe, Human Agenda, CARAS, the South Bay Labor Council, Catholic Charities, the City of San Jose Office of Immigrant Affairs and the Santa Clara County Office of Immigrant Relations.

Centered on Impacted Families Affected community members met and determined what they wanted. Self defense project: Community members in solidarity protecting immigrant families who are at risk.
Solidarity in Santa Clara County 1300 community members have attended trainings like this one 800 Rapid Responders are on standby to receive alerts 250 Team Members volunteer as trainers, dispatchers and doing outreach to make the hotline known 36 Families are supported long-term by our family support teams.

Rights and Risks of Responders • You maintain all your constitutional rights • Community members have the right to observe ICE during an action. • For safety purposes, we recommend that responders be US citizens.
Next Steps Help a family with a loved one in detention meet their basic needs $500 helps provide food for a month $140 helps provide gas money for a month $300 helps their loved one call home about 3x a week for one month $1600 helps almost cover a month of rent
