  5. B16黑色素瘤细胞 • 黑色素瘤是一种发病率较高的皮肤肿瘤，高度恶性且早期血道转移。黑色素瘤源于黑色素痣的恶变，是起源于神经外胚层的黑色素细胞的异常增生。黑色素瘤由于其具有很强的分泌能力，其内部血运丰富，血管很多，肿瘤细胞对血管的浸润也很严重，这都为肿瘤的转移提供了有利条件
