1. Los Cuatro Monos Por Deanna, Christine, Stephen y Lisa

2. Tres Monos están caminando en la selva. El monito, que se llama Odo camina con dos monos grandes que se llaman Fidel y Che.

3. Los dos monos grandes estaban molestando a Odo. Ellos se burlaban y decían que Odo era demasiado debil y pequeño. Ellos decían que ellos eran mejores que Odo porque ellos eran más grandes y fuertes. Odo estaba muy trastornado por eso.

4. Un mono viejo vió que Odo estaba triste y vino a ayudar a Odo. El mono viejo le dijo a Fidel y Che que no era agradable darles nombres a otros monos. El mono viejo les dijo que no era el lugar de Fidel ni de Che decidir si Odo era peor que ellos. Odo no era su hijo y por eso ellos no le podían dar un nombre.

5. Fidel y Che se fueron pero Odo no se olvidó que ellos se portaron mal con él, o que el mono Viejo le ayudó.

6. Los días pasaron Che y Fidel estaban, una vez más, caminando en la selva. Ellos tenían hambre y estaban buscando plátanos. Ellos querían comer plátanos pero no había mucho en esta sección del bosque.

7. Fidel y Che después de una hora de no ver un plátano, vieron un arbol que tenía plátanos. Cuando ellos vieron el arbol ellos realizaron que el arbol era muy delgado y alto. Inmediatamente fueron a comer los plátanos pero no pudieron porque ellos eran grandes. Ellos se cayeron y tenían much dolor.

8. En unos minutos el mono viejo llegó y también quisó comer los plátanos. Él vió a Odo y le preguntó sí Odo podía subir el arbol. Odo sé subió y le dió los plátanos al mono viejo.

9. Fidel y Che sé dieron cuenta que no era malo ser pequeño.

11. English Translation Three monkeys are walking in the jungle. The little monkey, named Odo, walks with two larger monkeys named Fidel and Che. Fidel and Che are picking on Odo. They say that Odo is too weak and small and that they are better than him because unlike Odo, they are big and strong. Odo is upset by this, and an old wise monkey noticing his sadness comes over to help him. The wise monkey tells Fidel and Che that it is not nice to call others names. The wise monkey says that it is not their place to decide if Odo is better or worse than them. He says that because Odo is not their son, they have no right to call him names. Fidel and Che leave, but Odo does not forget that they were mean to him, or that the old wise monkey helped him.

12. English Translation One day in the future, Fidel and Che are walking through the forest. They are hungry and looking for food. They want to eat bananas but there are not many bananas in this section of the forest. After looking for the bananas for an hour, they saw a tree that had bananas. When they went over to the tree, they saw that it was very skinny and tall. Fidel immediately went to eat the bananas, but he was not able to climb the tree because he was too large. He fell and hurt himself. Che climbed up as well and also fell. Soon the old wise monkey came, and he also wanted to eat some bananas. He saw Odo, and asked if Odo could climb the tree for him. Odo gladly climbed the tree and got the bananas for the old wise monkey. In the end, Fidel and Che realized that it isn’t that bad to be small.
