  2. WHAT IS COMMUNITY SERVICE • Helping out in the community • Volunteering with no intentions of getting paid • Taking time out to give back to the community

  3. Victory for Victoria

  4. Different service learning's I participated in. • Carwash for cancer • Raised money for Victoria Newsome-raised over 300$ • Habitat for Humanity • Hosted by the Athletic Association-we put up walls and nailed down the roof

  5. More Service learning's • Second Harvest Food Bank • Randomly selected by me and some friends-we inspected food to see if it was good enough to stock for the families • High school weight lifting • Hosted by the VSU football team -judged different lifts such as squats, bench press, and hang clean

  13. How I feel about the service learning’s • The service learning's I participated in this year were fun activities. I met new people and worked with some of my classmates. Overall, service learning's are good for the community and it helps people in need.
