  2. Scope of Services: Video Surveillance System: Server, Software and Camera Installation. The South Shore Regional School District seeks to make improvements and enhancements to its security camera system at the South Shore Vocational Technical High School (SSVT), its sole building. The changes include: • Providing and installing 3 exterior 180 degree IP cameras (12MP) as indicated on the attached map • Providing and installing 8 exterior fixed IP cameras as indicated on the attached map • Replacing its current camera software by providing, installing and configuring a Genetec Security Center Omnicast Standard Package, version 5.5, or equivalent, that will include: • Functionality with all existing (30) IP and new (11) IP security cameras (2MP or higher with day/night functionality) on campus (total of 41 IP and 15 analog) and the capacity to support more cameras in the future as needed. The resolution capability should be at least 7.5 FPS with the ability to adjust the FPS as needed. • 5 or more client connections, including web client • 1 directory • 1 year maintenance agreement (including but not limited to software updates, virus protection, on site tech support within 2 business days, phone support as needed). • Add Alternate Quote: 2 additional years of on-site support to be quoted separately • Enterprise-level Cloud based management functionality for configuration, user and security management, storing and sharing recordings, video playback and other pertinent management operations. • Replacing its server with a server that has sufficient memory that meets or exceeds the video monitoring software’s recommendation. Memory capacity should allow for at least 30 days of storage. Recordings should be motion activated. The system should also contain a video card that meets or exceeds the video monitoring specifications and can sufficiently support the number and type of cameras in this project.

Scope of Services: Video Surveillance System: Server, Software and Camera Installation Notes: • The contractor is responsible for all design, measurement and drawings as applicable, as well as delivery, installation, testing, training, design and set up. All camera installation should include all necessary materials (cable, etc.) for a complete installation. • Software installation should include installation on SSVT workstations as indicated by the district. • SSVT will provide workstations and network switches. • Companies providing quotes should also include a list of the last three installation projects that were similar in nature. The list should include a contact name and phone number for each project. • Quotes should include a one year warranty on labor and materials. Quote should specify guaranteed response times. • All work would occur so as not to interfere while school is in session. Work will commence immediately upon acceptance of Quote
