Employee Evaluation – Focal Date Effective July 1, 2019 • All employee evaluations • Teacher, Operational (Support), Administrator (SBA/Non-SBA), and Instructional Assistant will be due June 30th • Summative Evaluations due between July 1, 2019, to June 29, 2020, will be due June 30, 2020. • Summative Evaluations due between July 1, 2020, to June 29, 2021 will be due June 30, 2021. • Summative Evaluations due between July 1, 2021 to June 29, 2022 will be due June 30, 2022. • The change in the summative evaluation date does not impact your anniversary date or your salary increase.
Employee Evaluation – Goals Effective July 1, 2019 All employees will be required to develop one or more goals to be met during the evaluation cycle. This action will ensure that all employees have measurable goals during the evaluation process.
